Bob, a graduate of Texas A&M, served 2 years of active duty in the US Army prior to moving to Houston in 1965. In 1974, Bob joined a group of custom builders known as the Originals Group. While in the Originals, Bob had excellent teachers who guided him through the building process. “While learning what to do, also concentrate on what not to do” is one piece of advice from those early years that continues to guide his building. In 1986, he left the group and has been a one man operation since.

With 35 years of experience, Bob has built in many areas of Northwest and Northeast Harris County as well as Houston and Montgomery County.

Over the years, Bob has seen the custom home market change as more and more features have been added. While he stresses the importance of the foundation (every slab is engineered), and the structure, which includes hurricane clips and straps, his subcontractors and craftsmen provide top quality construction. With few exceptions, his subcontractors and suppliers have provided material and labor for more than twenty years, some over thirty.

Bob has an excellent reputation with area realtors as well as with his customers. When promoting himself to potential buyers he stresses the importance of a line of communication.
